The participation of any person on any program is continually subject to the discretion of the instructor(s) and / or guide(s).
Via Jordan Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who is unfit, ill prepared or in any way a detriment to group safety.
Via Jordan Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for the actions of persons and / or companies supplying goods and / or services as part of packages or for any extra costs that may arise from the complication or prolongation program for any reason.
Any medical or health related problems or conditions that may affect your participation in any course or program must be cleared by your physician before taking the tour.
We will not confirm any booking until your payment is received.
Via Jordan Travel & Tours management reserves the right to change or cancel the services provided under any given package without prior notice.
All packages are extendable on pro-rate basis as quoted at the time of booking only and / or subject to availability.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to sudden increase of government taxes and fuel cost.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low enrollment.
Via Jordan Travel & Tours reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service one week after booking due to weather conditions or other reasons without incurring penalty.
In the event that Via Jordan Travel & Tours cancels the tour, the payment will be returned.
Booking procedure
Please contact our office before sending confirmation forms. Upon booking, the 50% payment or deposit is required in addition to the following information:
Name, mailing address, email & telephone number.
The program and dates you wish to book.
Contact information for emergency.
A list with full passport details of the clients or persons participating in the proposed tour.
Payment
Rates are in USD and 50% payment is due at time of booking by VISA or MasterCard The remaining 50% of the bill must be paid in cash on arrival to the country or online 5 days before the commencement of the tour.
Cancelation terms and conditions
Cancellations must be reported in writing to the following email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected]. Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter. The following cancellation charges shall apply as per periods of cancellation terms:
From 14 days up to 10 days before of service – 50 % of total deposit will be deducted.
From 09 days up to 06 days before of service – 60 % of total deposit will be deducted.
From 05 days up to 48 hours before of service – 80 % of total deposit will be deducted.
Between 48 hours to the day of service – 100 % of total deposit will be deducted.
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total deposit will be deducted.
Tour cancellation fees will be waived if Via Jordan Tours is notified in writing ahead of time that the ship’s management opted to skip the port of Aqaba from the itinerary due to severe weather or other force majeure conditions.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy by the payment method of the customer, minus cancellation fees (if any) and bank charges (if any) to the customer’s bank account or to the appropriate credit card account. This process can take up to 30 days before they are reflected in the customer’s account.
