Day 2: Petra & Little Petra
Visit one of the world’s most stunning archaeological sites, the famed ancient city of Petra. See the Treasury, Royal Tombs, and Monastery before moving on to Little Petra, which is less well-known but as intriguing.

Day 3: Shoubak Castle & Dana
Explore the spectacular Shoubak Castle, a Crusader fortification from the 12th century. Proceed to Dana Natural Reserve, a lovely spot famed for its biodiversity and breathtaking vistas.

Day 4: Amman
Visit Amman, Jordan’s busy capital city, a lively metropolis with a blend of old and contemporary. See the Roman Theater, the Citadel, and the vibrant marketplaces.

Day 5: Jerash, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Dead Sea, and Aqaba
See the ancient Roman city of Jerash, one of the world’s best-preserved Roman cities. Proceed to Madaba, famed for its mosaics, and witness Mount Nebo’s panoramic view of the Holy Land. Go to the Dead Sea and soak in its therapeutic waters. before heading to Aqaba for overnight.

Day 6: Departure
Your quest will come to an end in airport, sea port or land crossing.

In order to protect oneself from the blazing summer heat, you should use caps, sunscreen lotion, and loose, cool clothing.

Site topography:

The sites are scattered out across a large region at various places and heights, therefore excellent walking shoes are required.

Walking distance

The distance from the Visitor Center to the Basin in Petra is 4.2 kilometers (2.6 miles), and the same distance walking back to the Main Gate.
