We’ll start at the foot of Table Mountain Sor and trek to the peak, where you’ll be rewarded with amazing panoramic views of the surrounding desert and mountains. You’ll also have the chance to tour the ancient Nabatean ruins located at the peak.

After descending the mountain, we’ll share a wonderful traditional Bedouin meal prepared over an open fire with fresh local ingredients.

Tour Highlights

4WD to the foothills of Jabal Sor and hike to the mountain’s summit.

Itinerary

8:00 a.m. – Pick up from your Aqaba hotel.
Meet your driver in the foyer of your hotel and begin your journey to Sor Mountain.9:30 AM – Arrival at Sor Mountain.
When you arrive, you’ll meet your guide and begin your climb up Sor Mountain. The climb takes around 2-3 hours, depending on your level of fitness.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys as you rise.
Lunch is at 12:30 p.m.
Take a stop after reaching the summit to have a packed lunch and take in the spectacular views.1:30 PM – Descent.
Start down the mountain, taking your time to appreciate the panorama.
Return to your hotel in Aqaba and drop off at your hotel at around 4:00 p.m.
